terrible experience
It happened many times that the driver marked arrived but didn't arrived and I was waiting there and need to bear with the extra charge. Some driver also have me waited and last minute cancel the ride. There's no penalty to avoid this situation
It take too long to feed
The driver charged more fee, but zig use over 1 month and not solve the problem
Credit card amount blocked and could not get the cab, still amount not credited
I just booked cab and keep on trying to book the same as i was new to this app, i tried where money got charged 3 times whereas only one transaction got reversed. I would like to suggest don’t attach credit card to the this app.

What’s App Required
Provided phone number to sign up onto find out I need to install What’s App with no alternative.
Not everyone trust Facebook or Meta when it comes to privacy, so why make an app exclusive to What’s App, and force one to install it just to use your app? Might as well call this What’s App Zig

A total scam
This app is a total scam! It will show that your trip will be, for example, $8-11 and when the trip is done it bombards you with fees! Peak hour charge (there was no indication of time of booking), current booking charge, Platform fee, Admin fee. My trip literally doubled in price when it was completed! $17.25 for 2.9 km when half of it was just this stupid charges. Why not be upfront about costs?

Unusable half the time
Thanks to cross-platform booking with Grab, you can’t even get a taxi half the time off CDG.
Fare apps tell drivers the highest fare across apps, allowing “dynamic price gouging” to do its job of taking more money from your pocket and putting it into corporate pockets. I don’t blame the drivers for wanting the best fare, but it seems to me that taxi apps like CDG have ceased creating price competition, but instead are now doing the opposite.
I used to prefer CDG over other apps because I liked getting a real, qualified taxi driver, even if it meant a slight premium. But now, what’s the point?

Unable to verify email address
I’ve had a CDG account for a whole, but having been overseas I haven’t logged in for a whole. Recently received a couple of emails asking me to login otherwise my account would be deleted. I managed to login without issues, but noticed my email address remains unverified. I tried doing a verification and received the code sent to my email, however upon entering the code successfully the email remains unverified! What is the story there? App appears really buggy!

Unable to book
First trip and Driver cancelled on me and was unable to book another taxi. Promo code has also disappeared. Just use Grab
Only good for the well known spots
Locations are often not very accurate and drivers use their experience instead of the map. This has lead to problems many times as they go to the wrong spot. they think most people get picked up at point A, so I don’t even consider point B
Scam platform and corrupted driver
It is a scam plantform. The driver will charge you twice online and offline. And the platform will such drivers.
No support for Aus mobiles
REALLY POOR DESIGN. Tried to log in and the system supposedly sent an OTP to my Aus number, but no message was received. Pressed “resend” and got an error message saying “This CountryCode does not support this connection type.” You’ve just lost a whole bunch of tourists then.
Freezes freezes freezes
This app freezes once you make a booking, stops responding and you have no idea whether a cab is booked. Then when you had enough and tap repeatedly on the cancel button that’s not responding, a cancellation messages comes up along with the notification you have managed to booked a cab, which is now cancelled thanks to the stupid app.

Misleading rates
The actual charged rate was almost doubled the advertised estimated rate. Customer support says it is what it is.
Stop the notification spam!
The app has become a mess of notification spam. I am getting multiple notifications a day which is excessive.
I’ve now taken to deleting the app and only installing it when I need to get a cab.
I genuinely hate this app and will now book a cab using a competitor just because of the amount of notifications this app puts out.

Doesn’t work
The option to send a receipt via email does not work, and gives an unhelpful error message. Submitting a help request results in no response.
Doesn’t function
App never sends confirmation code to Whatsapp nor does it give you an option of using another message service. Zig is not blocked on my phone and the message pops up that my country code does not support this service. Too many other Americans with same country code having no problem for that to be true. Deleted & reinstalled . No change. Garbage

Scammers in Singapore
Do not use this cab company and definitely do not add your payment information as they charge your card without providing the services. They charged me twice. They have no customer care number or email. Please be careful. Cannot believe this happens in a country in Singapore!
