CDL Connect

CDL Connect enables patients to easily connect with their healthcare providers and actively participate in their care journey. With CDL Connect, patients can book and manage medical appointments, complete pre-visit questionnaires, and enter their insurance information so they only pay their deductible for laboratory and other covered services. The application allows the patient to pay only the copayment portion of the invoice since the insurer will be able to transact directly with CDL. With CDL Connect, you can: •Register as a new patient with participating clinics • Schedule, manage, and view your clinic appointments • Enter your insurance information so you only need to pay the copayment (deductible) portion of the invoice, as the insurer will transact directly with CDL • Complete and submit clinic questionnaires related to your health • Participate in virtual visits with your clinician from your mobile device
