Wonderful Service
My husband and I love this service - we live in Penticton and even though prescriptions are filled in Richmond, BC, we get overnight delivery almost all the time. Every staff member we’ve spoken to including pharmacists have been very efficient and friendly. We love this app.
No more scanned prescriptions
It used to be great that you could scan your prescription. Sadly, when I got my most recent prescription and scanned it, the app now says they don’t take scanned prescriptions anymore and you have to mail it, which I do not want to do. And worst of all, they did this without any notice to their customers so that they could tell their doctors to fax prescription rather than scanning a paper prescription. The lack of such a warning is an absolute fail.

Prescription refills made so easy
I ordered my refill through the app, got confirmation that it had been shipped within a couple of hours, and arrived within 24 hours of ordering.
