Edit doesn’t seem to work
Created a simple schedule and once it saves, if you want to edit again… it shows the edit as done, but time remains the original saved not the edited one.. basic functionality really.
Stopped working properly
This kept working for a two year nicely but suddenly what happened I don’t know. it does not turn on and off immediately. It takes a couple of tries and sometime it doesn’t turn at all on and off so something looks like it issue with issue lwith the connectivity occasionally it works, but mostly not.

Doesn’t work like it used to
I’ve had this app for a few years and it’s been acting up the past four months. The buttons don’t work. It says it’s off-line. I will update my review if it works since I’m updating it at this moment.

Fonctionne bien avec Alexa
J’ai acheté mes interrupteurs chez Costco il y a plusieurs années et ça toujours bien fonctionné. Récemment j’ai changé mon routeur et Alexa ne reconnaissait pas mes interrupteurs j’ai du supprimer le skill de Ce Smart dans Alexa et le réinstaller pour que Alexa reconnaisse mes interrupteurs à nouveau. Tout est revenu à la normale.

Used to be a very reliable system, now software issues with widgets are mostly unusable
If you are looking for a smart switch or plug, perhaps look elsewhere. I get that Apple makes changes to iOS that software companies have to adapt to, but it’s been more than 6 months and widgets are still mostly broken. We can do all the uninstall and reinstall that you tell us, but in the end it’s still broken. I’m going to replace with ones that actually work.

Worthless junk
They’ve obviously abandoned ship long ago. These pos’s quit working almost immediately. I tossed them in a box and tried them again just now. Nope still junk. CE Smart is a joke.

I had a device failure but no one acknowledges messages either sent through the app or via their website.

I bought CE smart products and they won’t respond to a support request.
Impossible to get Support
After going through all the hoops and hurdles of setting up a 2.4 wifi network that is inconveniently required in order for the switch to connect, only to find out they still won’t connect.
Despite also being located a mere 2 feet away from the internet for the entire house, still nothing.
Once you’ve gone through all of the provide connection support/FAQ there is no further support or contact.
What you get is regular light switches that blink constantly. Brutal.

Widgets no longer function after iOS 18
Widgets have disappeared after updating iPhone to iOS 18. Way to support the app devs.
DONT GET THIS APP IF YOU ARE ON IOS 18
If you download iOS 18 on your phone, then you lose the widgets!!! I use widgets all the time to control my devices. Now I have to open the app and then change the control. Super inconvenient.

Ive had this app since the beginning and had no issues now I try opening the app and it freeze and I cant do anything with it cant even sign in can you please fix this please.

Worked great until latest update.
Now can’t change name of switch location (ie “Kitchen lights”), also I have to close app to go back to list to turn on or off other switches. Please fix an otherwise good product.
