App doesn’t work no more & didn’t show a percent of battery no more
Useless App
It only connects to the battery’s about 10% of the time, I haven’t been able to check the battery’s status for a few weeks now.
Seriously?
You expect people to pay 300$+ for a battery but haven’t updated your app in over 3 years? I was about to buy one of your batteries but now, absolutely not. 😂 Incredible.
Good app but needs improvement
I bought the Cellink Neo I think about a month or two ago. I really appreciate the app since it tells me what the battery percentage is. But the app only works when on WiFi. When I’m on data, I go into the app click on my device but then the whole app closes down. Doesn’t do that on WiFi tho. I hope the developer fixes the issue for the app, since the device and the app are great products.

Had to turn Cellink off and back on
For the app to find my battery. The app worked flawlessly for years before I had to power cycle the Cellink. I literally just had to switch it off for a few seconds for the app to find my battery again.
Garbage
I don’t need a notification to tell me that I’ve walked away from my car, I can work that out for myself thanks very much. Switched off the quite unnecessary beeps and then deleted this useless app.

App has stopped working and won’t open anymore
Deceased and no one at Cellink seems to care
App stopped working. Cannot view any information about the battery as the app will not connect at all.
Sent Cellink an email months ago which has gone ignored and the app has not been updated.
Even the newer version “Cellink Neo+” works with the battery, so I have no idea how the battery is performing any longer.

Works, but needs settings added
Update: since Nov 2020 the app won’t even open after iOS 14.
This app connects to my Cellink Neo 90% of the time. The other 10% it just doesn’t see the battery and I have to manually close the app and relaunch it.
Secondly, and others have mentioned it, when you walk away from your car and the app disconnects, it sends you a notification saying your phone has disconnected. This is going to happen every time you walk away from your car. There is no option to disable this message, and it is tedious to get inside the house at 2am only for my phone to BEEP and wake everyone up, because of this pointless message.
It would be useful if there was a setting to disable this message.
On the other hand, this message could be useful if it gave you some basic information about the battery. For example “Cellink Neo at 76%, approx runtime 36hrs”.

Only useful to turn off beep setting
The app only allowed me to connect to the battery once, after that it kept crashing. It was just long enough to disable the annoying "beep" when the 12V supply is turned on or off.
Works great with my battery
This app is extremely simple, but works great. It connects to my battery in seconds, gives me the information that I need. I also have an extended battery hooked up, and you can change the amount of charge within the combined batteries in the app, and it gives you an accurate reading. As noted, there is no security, and I have been able to connect to another person‘s battery. But really, the only thing you can do is see how much charge is in the battery. If you are so scared of someone seeing how much battery charge you have, then watch out lol!

Where’s the security?
The battery just connects to the app without any sort of authentication. This means anyone can connect to the battery... for such an expansive battery security shouldn’t be like this ....

App Had Stopped Working
The Cellink Neo is a great product and I have no complaints about performance. The app however has stopped working. I can no longer connect the app to the cellink Neo battery
Was working great until IOS 13?
Used to work perfectly but since IOS 13 upgrade my battery is not discovered in the app.
Low voltage warning
The low voltage warning message is always on for no reason and there’s no way I can disable it!

Unsecure App that needs FaceID
For one, anyone next to your car can check the status of your battery and mess with its limited settings; it needs a username and password/FaceID feature. Two, they need to fix the typos (e.g., “sustainded” instead of “sustained”). For an expensive battery you’d think that Cellink would implement a ton of features in their app. It’s pretty useless.

Cellink Neo
I noticed this app had no review for the app itself and felt like it needed one
It’s a nice feature for the Neo being able to monitor how much battery life it has and how many hours is remaining while it’s providing power for my dash cam. The app feels like it could use an update though be more modern, sleek, more fast. I mean there is always room for improvements but hopefully it moves forward.

Good, solid app.
Please remove notification when disconnected from battery with app closed, and add option to change colours of charge percentage indicator to something less ugly. Otherwise, useful app that does exactly what it’s meant to.
