Garbage. I pay good money for a camera, but that is only half the story. Finding relevant footage is the other. Make an app that fits the quality of the camera. Otherwise, what was the point of the investment?
Use hotspot instead of direct WiFi connection
The app works fine with my U1000. I find that it’s a more seamless and reliable experience to connect to the camera using my phone’s hotspot instead of connecting directly to the camera via WiFi. Since the camera doesn’t provide an internet connection, the iPhone often complains then disconnects from the camera but this isn’t an issue over a hotspot connection.
I suspect many people have issues with this app because they connect to the camera’s WiFi directly and the iPhone likes to disconnect automatically because it has no active internet connection.

Good dashcam, rubbish app
Real connection issues, really unstable. Don’t buy the dashcam as it’s not really useable without the app, and you will be frustrated with the app!
Worst app
Connecting to the dash cam is a pain, and finding the video you want is next to impossible. You have to watch each video to see if it’s the right one, you can’t skip through or seek through the video. And when the incident occurs, there’s a gap between the continuous recording and the event, I can’t find the video I’m looking for. It’s not on there.
