App cannot connect to the device
The device and the app are both connected to wifi but cannot connect with each other
Can not connect to device via WIFI
Kindly help to the needful as soon as possible.

Thinkware… seriously? Fix up. This is one of the worst apps of all time.
Worst app in the history of apps
I’ve had the Thinkware 750 for a long time. The app has always been mediocre, but recently, it absolutely refuses to connect. In troubleshooting solutions, I come here to find out that it’s been 4 years since the lazy developers have bothered updating?
Looks my solution will have to be buying a new dash cam. And after this experience, one thing is certain: it won’t be from Thinkware.
