Inoperable garbage!
Had this camera installed by the dealer. It’s very difficult to use. More importantly, there’s no warning until it’s too late that you can damage the camera and the card if you remove it while the camera is plugged in! That’s nuts!!! I’ve only been able to pull one video off and text it to myself. Can’t seem to repeat the process. This dash cam viewer is a total train wreck, too. It has no links to open a saved video. There are no instructions of any sort. Even though there’s a link that says instructions, it only tells you “what” you can do. Not “HOW” you can do it. That’s not instructions, that annoyance.

Couldn’t connect and get back the important videos. Why they can do Nothing on it??!
App Update
This app has not been updated in 10-11 months. I should have opted for a non-Toyota dashcam. It keeps disconnecting from the iPhone when I attempt to download a video clip.
Garbage
Doesn’t work - had to reset it and had two incidents that it didn’t capture. So I can’t trust that it will work. So expensive for it to not work. And Toyota is NOT helpful fixing it. The app is impossible to use as it won’t store downloaded video.
App won’t work
Trying to set up the app and it will not let me open the app. It will not connect to the camera. Tried calling Toyota and they will not help me out. They keep telling me to go back to the dealership.
