Good service

Good!

Sort it out!!

So, after thinking that you’ve updated the app, the camera app to scan the barcode is still blurry after someone having 10 pints, I’ve put in the serial number about 10x times manually and it still asks me to re-enter the serial number. You come out with all this ‘you can check your cameras whilst away from your vehicle!’ and yet every other person has tried the same thing and still doesn’t work. Talk about false advertising. Can’t believe I paid over £1200 for two units, to which the customer has to set it up by themselves. Was hoping I could send a picture of the camera setup for looking at the barcode to prove it doesn’t work!
