Great with WIFI

I’m sure the office side is great with WIFI but in the field the app is useless unless you have FULL signal. Without full bars the app is a waste of time and the offline mode never works.
I have this downloaded on two different devices with two different carries just to try and get it to work. I normally have to leave the job, drive until I get full signal then actually do my ticket.
