Doesn’t work properly
App wont allow you to update personal details, claiming that tax number is wrong even if it isnt. Also booking button is locked even after giving debit card details. Impossible to book a car.
Ryanair and Centauro are a scam ring.
I strongly advise against using them because Ryanair and Centauro are colluding to rip you off. Ryanair takes the car rental fee, and Centauro ignores Ryanair's payment, then charges three times the amount a second time. Ryanair, in collusion with Centauro, offers very low prices to attract customers. They don't refund the extra money they took and don't respond to your inquiries.

Not ready for prime time
1. Not able to verify digital documents. Now the app won’t complete the process and says the name is already registered on another account. I basically created a new account and went directly through the digital document onboarding.
2. Not able to add a booking that has been done through another agency, such as booking.com

Lot of problems
There is no possibility of adding a second driver because the expiration date can be set no further than 1970, which makes absolutely no sense

Si haces una 2ª reserva y las fechas coinciden con la 1ª TE LO COBRAN y no te dan la reserva por coincidir en fechas, y luego ponte a mandar mails para reclamar una devolución, en ello estoy, APESTA.

Si apre la schermata centauro e nn va avanti, bloccata lì. Cancellata reistallata ma nulla.
Se queda bloqueada la aplicación
Cada vez que quieres abrir la aplicación se queda bloqueada, hay que desinstalar y volver a descargar. Y tampoco funciona la digitalización de documentos

Je mets trois-étoiles car il y a quelques temps, j’en aurais mis plus. Mais depuis quelques temps l’application ne veut plus se lancer. Je passe mon temps à la désinstaller et la réinstaller afin de pouvoir l’ouvrir. Merci de bien vouloir régler le problème.

Ya ni se abre, y cuando lo hacia se queda en pausa, un desastre!
No se carga la aplicación.
Desde la última actualización con un iPhone es imposible abrir la aplicación. Tienes que desinstalar la app y volver a instalar para que funcione así una y otra vez.
