Login Loop
Unable to sign in on my phone anymore. Input my email, get the magic link email and click the link, nothing happens in the app. Just go back to email and password, this feature is annoying even on a desktop.
Login death loop
The app has a bug that creates a login death loop where it sends you a link to log in on a browser and then will not let you log back in in app mode.
Struggle to upload receipts
This App is good with huge potential, but since a while it’s taking forever to upload and often it’s freezing.
The security code sent via email it’s not convenient at all, switch app, retrieve the code copy it, back in the app and paste, quite annoying

New Update
With the newest update my app will not work at all now. It’s constantly just loading when trying to input a receipt making the app obsolete.
New update Bad
This new update is very difficult to upload images and confusing at the same time.
Non user friendly
This app bugs out every time I use it, if you are over 30 trying to use it, it’s extremely frustrating to have your recipe not update after taking a picture 5 different times and waiting 10 minutes in between each time. The developers of this app need to go back to school and learn some more cause it’s just straight up a bad financial app. Update it or something

Photos aren’t uploading
Photos taken of receipts within the app are not uploading. You have to take them and save them to your camera roll and upload them to the app. Will change my review once fixed
Buggy app
The app will loose receipts, constantly is refreshing and will overwrite fields. It refreshes upon each field you enter.

Photo Upload is slow
The apps mechanics have much improved over time. However the current issue is how long it takes to upload existing photos. Whether on WiFi or cellular it takes a very long time. Please fix.
Terrible product, it’s Concur with nice buttons
Entirely manual product. An expense takes 5 minutes to create and submit. Please do not buy this.
Super slow
This app takes so long to load and submit expenses. Shouldn’t be this difficult
Poorly designed
Every field you click in this app requires a long process of contacting a server which results in a delay between every step of filing a single expense. the developers could have fixed this by processing inputs fr a single expense locally, and then only talking to the server once the user is done entering the info. But instead they have required a server response for every little click, and all of those responses add up to a very long and frustrating process

Junk
This has to be the slowest app I’ve ever seen. It constantly needs updated. Once a month, I have to sign in yet. I always click the prompt of saving my password and never signing in again. This app is junk.

Update every day
This app updates 5 times a week and logs you out more than that. Clunky and non intuitive
Frustrating app.
The app is constantly refreshing/updating in the middle of filling out an expense. Has a tendency to constantly log you out. The app also suddenly leaves an expense for the home page. It seems the app wants to constantly save every entry/input which causes an expense to take 3-4 times longer than it should. Save the expense when submitting not after every entry/input, so the user doesn’t have to wait for the app to update.

Slow and glitchy
My employer utilizes CenterCard for company credit cards. It’s by far the worst credit card expense app I’ve ever used. It is very slow and glitchy. It often takes me 5+ minutes per expense. It frequently has errors uploading images. It takes 5-10 seconds to navigate to a different screen. (Example entering a job # then going back to the expense). They update the app very often. Every time I’m hoping it gets better but nothing appears to have changed except that you have to log back in and half the time my administrator has to reach out to tech support because we cannot get logged back in. My experience with the CenterCard app is so bad I will often use my personal card on small purchases just to avoid turning in any receipts I can. I’m hopeful they will improve the app 🤞

Expense keeps closing out
Any time I change to another tab and then come back to the center card tab on my phone, it closes out the expense I was working on. Also any time I copy a pdf or image and then paste to an expense it closes the expense. Please update these bugs so I don’t have to keep going back into each expense.
