Needs major improvements
The app needs major work done. It’s not user friendly and quite confusing but I think my biggest issue would be the notification button when you click on the message doesn’t go away it just stays there.

Worst payment app
Apple probably removed my honest review what I always experience every month. Every month using this app to make a payment I gotta change my password. This is the worst utilities app I have ever used for monthly payment.

As with many other users, I haven’t been able to log in for months. I keep getting the “incorrect username/password “ error. Please fix or otherwise the app is useless

Constantly automatic logged out of the app, once logged out it continuously says invalid password or email even though their right, good god please fix this

This app is absolutely terrible you’ll be lucky for it to let you login if you do login then it’ll say you need to pay online and that you don’t have permission to pay thru the app

I’m seeing reviews as far back as February where people can’t use their login on the app. Well me too. I put the same exact login info as I do in browser, works on browser, says invalid login info on the app. I can’t track my service appointment because I never got emailed a “tracking number”. Was hoping the app would have more options. Needless to say it’s useless for me.

Login Error
I’m a new customer and I’ve registered my account but every time I go on the app to check my bill it keeps saying my username or password is invalid when I know I’m inputting the correct login info. I’m hoping the delete and re-download I just did fixes the issue.
Why so many updates?
For whatever stupid reason, whenever the fine folks over at centerpoint decide to release an update that “fixes minor bugs”, I get to log into my app from scratch all over again. Super annoying, and what kind of bugs can an energy app possibly have? Dear lord.
Password Issues
This used to be a great app, but now every time I try to log in, it tells me that my username/password is incorrect, yet I can use the same username/password combination on their website and access my account. I don’t know what happened, but it would be awesome if someone could take a look at it and fix it.

Where is tap to pay?
Downloaded this app because Centerpoint’s website lists Applepay as an option if using the app. That option is NOT on available on the app in the payment method drop down. What gives?

App isn’t working stating login is incorrect. However when I go to website and put in same login information on website I have no problem’s logging in. App isn’t working properly this needs to be looked at!
