AWFUL LOGIN
Every. Single. Time. I try to log into this damn app it has problems. Constantly resetting the secret code word on top of the password. Today I had my absolute fill.
I reset my password SUCCESSFULLY and when I try to login it says it doesn’t match their records. You’re kidding. I reset it again, mind you I can’t reset without social, and code sent to phone number that is on the account. It saves (to the same password I reset it as previously to ensure it works) and directs me to log-in. STILL doesn’t work. Either the “credentials don’t match records” or to enter them correctly.

Cannot say in words how easy the app is to use. I love going into the bank as well the employees are always willing to help and you don’t have to wait, someone will help you extremely fast,we needed to get a paper notarized and we got in door walked to counter one of the cashier came very fast to help us, the girl came from behind counter and helped us with everything. The mobile app is so easy making a deposit is so easy bank snaps the picture you do nothing but select account and put amount in that’s all you have to do the bank automatically takes picture for you. I can go on and on but, I will leave it to you to go in bank and see what I mean.

It’s simple and it works. It has mobile deposit. I’ve used it for years and a few times I’ve had to call the bank. They were always very helpful.
