Booked a taxi for my 16 year old son to get picked up from Kirkintilloch to Condorrat.
Picked up at the time booked and brought home with a very friendly driver.
Makes you feel reassured if you book a taxi for your child and they get home safe.

Annoyingly useless company. Advance booking means nothing even after almost an hour wait you’d have your booking cancelled by the company.

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance for a football match didn’t turn up and was given the excuse still trying to find a car 2 hours later

It quits drivers for better jobs, who get left 1 star too btw but there’s no communication at all it’s a taxi firm commutation is key
Tracking doesn’t Track
Honestly had way too many problems with this app, first off it doesn’t notify me when my taxi is arriving through notifications (which are turned on). Secondly due to not being notified I have started tracking my car which, also does not work. I found my car trekking through field in order to get to me and in other instances the car is driving further and further away from me. Then suddenly the car is magically at my destination once again without any warning. This app needs a serious remodelling in order for the company to seriously benefit from it

Garbage
Got a quote for £9.00 when the taxi turned up the driver asked me how much the quote was, he then told me it was a £15.00 fare. Needless to say I deleted this garbage app.
STAY AWAY!!!
The worst cab company. STAY AWAY! The operator is the most rude person you'll ever talk to, she'll hung up on you and the drivers charge 40% more than the original quote. Oh i almost forgot, they're racist pigs!
What's the point?!
What's the point of having an app to book a taxi if it keeps being cancelled by the taxi company! Used it during the day when it was quite and worked fine, tried at night during a busy spell and central cars kept cancelling every time I booked one! Pointless!
Easy app
Easier than calling as you skip waiting in phone ques, but since the start of 2016 the app no longer or hasn't been moving onto the dispatched sign and you cannot track your taxis location.
Waste of time
You make a booking and then if they are busy it just sits there. At least if you phone they can tell you how long it's likely to be.
