Please Fix Your App

Multiple times I have booked hours in advance for a car to arrive at a certain time. The app for some reason does not attempt to assign a driver until 5-10 minutes before and seems to take a ridiculous amount of time to find someone! Had a booking for 6PM and it is still searching now (6:18PM). Such a Joke!!!
