Easy to connect multiple entities!
App is easy to use and has all the standard features one expects out of a mobile banking app, however, the ability to see all my accounts across personal and multiple business entities is great!

Slow and expensive
I deposited my payroll check a week ago and the funds are still not available. They even charged me $32 overdraft fee as a result.
Inoperability between accounts
External transfers are virtually impossible as my external accounts are not listed as an option to transfer to. Very frustrating and the app glitches out whenever I attempt to verify my external accounts as connected

Local branch service lacking. Went in for a Notary Service. Desk person gave me a lot of flack as if I was inconveniencing them

The app is safe and easy to use. I enjoy CPB for the help with our organization and things we need to do for the community we help.
Transfers
Takes forever to deposit or transfer money. I wish it’s instant but takes 3 days or so to finally update. It makes it feel outdated.

Straight forward
Started using the app to help my dad pay bills.
It’s been simply and straight forward. Technology should be used for ease and efficiencies and this app succeeds in those two categories. Only wish they would create a decimal for the bill pay. Instead of paying $55.32 to the water company, almost paid them $5532. Not a big deal. Just need to be careful. Thanks CPB.

Easy app to use
It’s a easy app to use,had a little difficulty first day I got it was easy afterword
correct user and password? No Access.
In case you're wondering, the glitch where you get locked out even when your user and password are correct is still active.!

Best in class tech wise for a HI bank since they rebranded with new graphics and colors. Real good Customer Support.

Can Only Open 2 types of Savings
Go to open a savings online and there are only two options available to me even though when I go to compare plans there are 4+ different types and I want nothing to do with the 'Personal Savings' or 'Exceptional Personal Savings' as both options have a maintenance fee and or require $500 minimum inside it to not have fees. Do better.

typical bank that steals your money
i open an account today, deposit $1100 in cash. low and behold i can't zelle or take my money out for 96hrs since its a new account. man i hate HATE traditional banks. just straight up steal or put holds on your "cash" (i could understand if it was a check) just because of their shenanigans. its a bunch of bull
