I haven't received the amount of the returned clothes for a month and a half
The amount of clothes I returned a month and a half ago has not been returned to my Shukran wallet!!!! I talked to Centerpoint customer service team multiple times but I wasn't helped!! I will not repeat dealing and buying from Centerpoint, and I do not advise anyone to do so
Outrageous!
Ordered some furniture online, agreed to wait 3 days for delivery. On 3rd day didn’t receive it so called them. They said they didn’t know what the problem was and I should wait for an email from them. Next day I get a message on the app saying my order is cancelled because apparently I cancelled it!!! Nobody cared to tell me there was an issue, nobody cared to try and help, and now the items I needed for a baby urgently have just been cancelled abruptly with no explanation and I’m left without any facilities for my child and now having to search somewhere else!!! At least call or get your 24 hour “customer care helpline” to apologise or at perhaps take a shot at pretending to give a damn…it’s so obvious she couldn’t care less. Apparently it’s a usual thing for your company. I will not shop there again and will advise others I know to do the same. Zero respect for your customers!!

Got Cheated
I ordered inner wears for almost 150 AED. All sizes delivered were wrong and these products cannot be exchanged or returned. I am never going to purchase anything from here. Got cheated badly. 😓
Very bad
I ordered two pairs of shoes and completed the payment online. However, I still have not received my order, even though the system shows it as delivered. It has now been more than 10 days with no update or proper response.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and I am not happy with Centerpoint’s service.

Incomplete Delivery and No Resolution
I ordered 10 items in August 2025 through the Centerpoint app. Only 7 items were delivered, and 3 major items were missing. On 4 September (the same day as delivery), I raised a complaint and have been following up since then. However, neither the missing items have been delivered nor has my money been refunded.
Calling customer service has been of no benefit—they only provide new dates without any resolution. Based on my experience, I do not recommend using this app.

Data Privacy Concern
“I was surprised to see Centrepoint and Splash staff writing down Emirates ID numbers in their record books when customers come to collect online orders. While I understand the need to verify identity, recording such sensitive information feels unnecessary and raises privacy concerns. Lifestyle brands should limit themselves to checking the ID for verification rather than storing personal data, especially when it’s not legally required. I hope they reconsider this practice to better respect customer privacy.”

Please next time do a good after sales. I have a very bad experience before. Only 1 time, but for me its really really bad and rude service. But i love it bcause a lot of promotion and easy way to return. But its not a fast delivery. But thanks. Keeping up
