I’ve never experienced anything like this in my entire life. A crypto exchange that has no money.
They do promotions advertising sign up bonus for new user.
What they don’t say is it’s limited to 100 customers and they won’t make an announcement when the spots have been filled.
They run promotions that have expired for weeks and customers receive no bonus.
Some would that call a scam.
This is not a legitimate crypto exchange like kraken or others

Withdrawal options not still available after 3 constant updates, this is starting to look like a fraudulent app holding on to peoples money for no exact reason
WARNING DO NOT USE! SCAM
They charge a 3% fee which is 3x+ higher than anywhere else and they will restrict your account for no reason and give no explanation and you won’t be able to move your crypto to your wallet they are SCAMMERS BEWARE. They forced me to sell my bitcoin and transfer cash via ACH and said “they don’t have to give a reason” DANGER they say what they’re doing is “legal” but they’re using the law to ROB PEOPLE. Bitcoin is up $1500 since they forced me to sell and they are still holding my money hostage, the transfer to my bank has been pending for 24 hours with no explanation. I threatened to report them to Apple and the money went through shortly after but I would look for any other option to buy crypto if you can.

I can’t find withdrawal listings for either crypto currency
Fees too high
They charge a 3% fee to buy bitcoin and there’s no warning about it before you buy. 3% is a massive fee almost no one charges that much.
