Log in issues
I am completely happy with the app however I have continue to have login issues ever since the major update last year. It is extremely annoying, I’ve had to reset my password nearly every month.
Currently not working
Can’t deposit, can’t transfer. I get an error saying to try again later.
Horrible
I’m not renewing my CD so okay based on how difficult they make banking with this app. What a joke.

Unfriendly interface
Lot of time is devoted for security but system delay response make it very unfriendly experience
Mobile check deposit issues
When Trying to deposit a check using the mobile check deposit feature. It is erroneously telling me that the check amount is incorrect, even though I have double confirmed that the amount I am entering is indeed correct.
Mobile deposit doesn’t work
Unable to recognize the required “for mobile deposit only.” Gave up after five adjustments & retakes and used another bank. Very disappointing
horrible app
no option to use password only. app requires a passcode which is incredibly unsecure. stupid.
