App Does Not Work Properly ❗️
I was locked out of the club on 12/06/25. The app forced an update and I couldn’t enter the club. The forced update would not let me access the QR scan code rendering the whole 24/7 access useless.. old app had zero issues.. no one likes your new app it’s problematic and you know it…
Inconvenient - Does not work
Cannot log in and cannot enter the club without the app. Have emailed customer support for help with this as well. App does not let you reset your login either, so basically because of this new app I cant enjoy the membership that I am paying for.
Old app was much better, if i cant get this app to work soon I will be signing up for Crunch instead.

Broken App
We are required to use this app to get into the club, but I can’t even sign in. And everytime I go to the door people are piling up until someone lets us in because nobody’s app works. Ridiculous. Finding a new gym.
i miss the old app 😭
this new app is genuinely terrible. the QR code is hidden in the top left corner of the interface and half of the time it doesn’t even work when you scan it. so, you either have to keep rescanning your QR code and pray it works, or you make desperate eye contact for someone to open the door for you which could cause them to get fined. i know for a fact this isn’t only an issue on my end as i’ve had to open the doors for others multiple times. slightly disappointing when you pay $25+ for a gym you aren’t guaranteed access

I’m glad I need to give away more personal info just to get into my gym. App runs like garbage too which is great when we’re being forced to use this
Forced and weird
Cfx does not give you a choice whether you want to use this or not. When I get off work I want to go to the gym immediately and not wait, that’s what I did, I had to wait outside 10 minutes to set this thing up. It feels inconvenient to use and a downgrade from the previous system.
App Does Not Work ❗️
CFX Forces this app on you and the Willowbrook location is not set up properly for their forced app to work.. You cannot get the entry door open with this app. Rendering it useless. Also most of the equipment is broken at Willowbrook or the staff is just not skilled to notice proper maintenance of their machines nor do they care about maintaining the gym. It’s worth $20 a month at Willowbrook tops. Also all their Elliptigo wheels need replacing the stride is terrible on all 12 of the units. There is a sub par mindset here from the juvenile staff employed here.
