Embarrassing
It’s actually very embarrassing that a gym like FFC that charges premium amount doesn’t have a proper app. It’s actually one of the worst app that I have ever used. Very bad design and dashboard is never accurate and some of the things mean nothing. Things like “3 pack services left” or “fitness session left” like what? And it’s May 3rd today and my guest passes are 0 even though we get 2 free guest passes every month and I haven’t brought anyone yet this month. I can keep going but the worst part is that management sees all these comments and see app rating is less than 2 stars and does nothing about it. Disappointing.

2. No Apple Watch app in 2025?! Even simple stuff like barcode entrance check in; competition like LA fitness and Equinox and LIFETIME ALL have this feature

Useless app
I’m not sure why they bothered making this useless app. It is clunky, confusing, and slow! For gods sake, your membership ain’t cheap, so please either invest in your technology or just erased this app.
Take too long to load
Switching between dates is difficult and takes long time to load.
Bug on Update 2.5.1
There’s a bug on most recently update 2.5.1. I’m on iOS 18.1.1 and I can’t see the classes schedule on the app anymore.
