They broke it 2 years ago and somehow it gets slower, like 2000s dial up. Please with all the renos, fix the app!!!!

Wow. They made it WORSE
I still have to reset my password every time I use the app but now the member # field only brings up the number keyboard. Our member numbers have letters in them!!!!
Now all the text is huge but the layout wasn’t adjusted so it’s completely illegible.

Very buggy
Since March the app no longer recognizes my log in and password. I have to go the “forgot password “ route every time I use the app. I use the same password at every reset and it never recognizes it!
Text is all SUPER TINY and the screen zoom feature is disabled. I (and quite a few people I talk to) take screenshots of the app and then zoom into the photo to see what’s on screen.
This would be better as a web application so updates could be easier and more frequent. Also browser based accessibility behaviors could not be disabled.
