They broke it 2 years ago and somehow it gets slower, like 2000s dial up. Please with all the renos, fix the app!!!!

Wow. They made it WORSE
I still have to reset my password every time I use the app but now the member # field only brings up the number keyboard. Our member numbers have letters in them!!!!
Now all the text is huge but the layout wasn’t adjusted so it’s completely illegible.

Very buggy
Since March the app no longer recognizes my log in and password. I have to go the “forgot password “ route every time I use the app. I use the same password at every reset and it never recognizes it!
Text is all SUPER TINY and the screen zoom feature is disabled. I (and quite a few people I talk to) take screenshots of the app and then zoom into the photo to see what’s on screen.
This would be better as a web application so updates could be easier and more frequent. Also browser based accessibility behaviors could not be disabled.

Terrible App, Great Club
The app is pretty poor in every way, especially when compared to other health facilities in the city
Worse Than Useless
You couldn't have a more unhelpful app. Doesn't offer the things you need. Very slow. Doesn't provide complete data. Important acct info is missing. Doesn't provide explanation. Doesn't confirm important reservations for events. Doesn't provide any personalized information. Better to start over or get rid of it. EBC can do better.

Bad reviews are old, it’s really well done.
Plus I can use Apple Watch for entrance since the app supports wallet.

Still Glitchy. Not user friendly. Please improve this app. It shouldn’t even be allowed to be this bad.
It’s an app at least
The app is good at using your location data to tell you when you’re on or near the club premises, but the useful features are often down—sometimes I can book the lap pool, sometimes it freezes on the loading screen.
Somehow my hair stylist can provide a website with a stable booking feature but EBC can’t figure this out with my $275/month dues?

Need new software provider
Gym is amazing, software is bad
Did they even try to make this usable?
I love EBC, but this app is unusable. It rarely loads, I can’t schedule anything. Can this please be fixed? In 2025 it doesn’t make sense that an app can’t be made functional.
Not working again!
Now saying no classes available. The schedule doesn’t load a majority of the time. I often have to delete the app, turn my phone off and on then reinstall. That doesn’t even solve the problem sometimes. EBC needs to fix this app. When I contacted the club they told me there was notify could do and weren’t aware of other members with issues. This is clearly not the case.

Buggiest App Ever
I’ve been a member for over a year and have to delete and reinstall this app on average once per week. It constantly fails to load class schedules and CAC reservations, fails to register for classes or book reservations, or just generally stops working. Right now it won’t even let me log in. The web browser unfortunately isn’t much better on mobile. Frustrating that such an expensive gym can’t make a functional app.

The in person experience is starting to feel like the app
Been a member at EBC for ~20 years and the app rarely works at all. It’s on an infinite loader most of the time - so much so that I expect it not to work more often than I expect it to. The UX is awful. For example, it shows you as signed up for a class when you are on the waitlist. The app is inaccessible to the point that it breaks the law.
All the above can be persevered through when you have a great club to go to. Yet, as of the past month, ebc has massively gone downhill. It’s as if member services is seeing how many people they can shove in the club while decreasing quality drastically. The facilities simply don’t support the number of members they have. A lot of us kept the club going during covid and the great recession but now we are getting punished for our loyalty.

The server is down multiple times a day.

Extremely glitchy app. Doesn’t work most of the time when trying to log in or schedule classes after being logged in. Hopefully the EBC gets this fixed
Third Review - Still Awful
There is a baffling disconnect between the world class in person at East Bank and the performance of this app. While there is a major capital project seemingly every quarter at the club, the bare minimum functionality of this app has been totally neglected. On a weekly basis I battle to do the simplest things: log in, access calendars, account, book classes, etc. I constantly have to delete and reinstall or use my laptop.

Broken
It is completely impossible to book appointments via this app. You click “book it - everything is correct” and nothing happens, you have to just call. I really would like this app to be fixed. I work for a software company I am happy to help just give me a shout.
