It doesn’t link!
I wish this worked…really do! The app won’t link with the email connection and the backup directions change nothing. You guys need a much better way for people to authenticate and get started.
Never works right
4 times now I try to get into the gym and the app doesn’t work. And then no one is working at the gym and they don’t answer the phone. And I have to wait until some other customer comes in so I can go in. Fix it!!
App doesn’t work
Trying to link my account in the app via email, sends me the link, link opens the app and ask for the email again. A never ending cycle.
No Dark Mode
I downloaded this app because I kept getting met with it from my gym membership website, but I immediately deleted it because there was no option for dark mode.
UPDATE TO RESPONSE: my phone is always set on dark mode and the app does NOT support dark mode. I’ve downloaded the app again and it’s still a bright, all white background which is terrible for the eyes. Please advise where to send the screenshots to.

We do support Dark Mode! This is enabled automatically in your iPhone settings by going to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Dark Mode. You can see what our dark mode looks like in the screenshots in the App Store.
