This app does not work.
This app does not work on my apple phone. It has a constant error message along with another bank because they both try to reach a secure server. I can access both sites on a browser on my desktop, but not with the apps. Now with the update, pfft…

CGB is a great bank. I have been banking with Chelsea Groton bank for over 5 years and I have never had a problem with them. Great customer service at all of their branches.
App doesn’t load
I have had this app for years. Once they updated it and changed the whole format it takes minutes to load, just shows a white screen with a loading sign. Almost never works off of wifi

So glad we made the switch to Chelsea Groton Bank. Especially love dealing with the staff at the Sprague Office. They are the BEST ever!!!

Stuck on Load Screen
It hasn’t opened on my iPhone 11 since weeks before iOS 14 came out.
Update breaks iPhone5
CGB app Says it requires an update upon opening. But there is no prompt for me update it in the App Store and my iOS literally can't go any higher. My friends do not have this problem on there own I phone 6's and where able to update the app normally. This app had worked perfect for me for years but now I may have to switch banks. CGB should not punish you just for having an older phone it's ridiculous...

Recent Malfunction
Recently I have had problems with this app not opening or taking forever to open. I installed the latest update which said there were bug fixes but no change. The only change I have made lately is to add a vpn to my phone. Please fix this.
