Solid App For The Most Part
This app is very handy when reporting issues. It can be a little clunky but for the most part it gets the job done! 👍🏻 I use it to pinpoint issues like potholes, faded road markings, streetlight outages, etc. The only real complaint is Chattanooga DOT fixing the problems properly the first time, as they have seemed to cut corners through many of the requests I sent in… Other than that, this is one of my go-to reporting apps!

Privacy and Access Problems
This app wants you to input your Google password into it if you're signing in with a Google account. If you try to get around this by signing up again with an existing email account and clicking "forgot password," you will receive a password reset link that is already expired/invalid.
Major features have never functioned… like adding photos
App is awful. It does not work. You cannot upload photos at all. I routinely type in a specific address that then the app changes??? It never functions. It’s insane how ineffective this app is. I hope they didn’t pay someone to build this
No bulk trash or yard waste option
In the Bulk Trash and Yard Waste section of the app, you do not have the option to select Bulk Trash or Yard Waste. There is no number to call to tell them. I assume my yard waste will sit there forever.
Terrible, doesn't work
This is the third time Ive tried to use this app on several different iphones. Various IOS, tried different settings with location services and notifications. I have never successfully submitted a request. I always get pop ups for "enter a valid address". My address has been valid since 1940. Ive never had any difficulty using it with anything else. Tried various forms of spelling of Road vs Rd, etc. No success ever getting past that point. Unless app. Deleting it, again.
