Chaffey FCU app is very easy to use Love the customer service. Would definitely recommend 👍
App or system fail?
Today worked, yesterday terrible no key word to write amount of checks left a text explaining my experience no one answered my text, and some times I think people of mature age is staying behind not being considered.

The App is always up to date so I can make sure I stay in budget!
Constant errors since last update
My accounts don’t show current amounts and constantly day error. Making banking impossible and the bank app useless
Feels more professional
I am able to have more control of the app with the new features and it feels like desktop class.
Excellent Banking
Chaffey is banking the way it should be. Friendly, helpful, informative. Switched to Chaffey a few years back and glad I did!
Remote deposit isn’t the best
Remote deposit is very picky compared to the last app. Normally I’ll have to retake the photos 5-10 times before it goes through. The rest of the app is great.

Not user friendly, glitches too much or nothing generates on screen, cannot see my availability of any kind

Wrong balances
By far worse than the previous app. Balances are constantly wrong. Never know what the actual amount is
