Works smoothly, great support from ThinkWise
I’m very happy with how the app works smoothly and the staff is always there to support the actual, immediate needs of customers.
Inprovments needed
App needs to support landscape mode for iPad users who want to use a attached keyboard on their iPad. Also add frad alerts in the card controls area so that we can respond to those alerts and have it also show up as a push notification so we can review and respond to them without the need to call a out of state phone number to remove theses blocks Also add tools so we can notify of upcoming vacation trips thought the card controls so we do not have to call or come down to the credit union to make these changes to our account.
Also it would help to offer a area to request a credit limit increase thought our card controls this way my account can be reviewed for possible increases espehclay when the account have been opened for more than a year.
