App downgraded
Doesn’t save your login info any longer and is basically a middle man that makes you sign in twice manually as it switches to a browser based experience. Lame.

App opening bug
Thanks for fixing the bug the app couldn’t open. And just kept loading and loading
App does not start
One day the app just stopped working. Deleted it and reinstalled it and the app still does not start up
Excellent aside from one thing.
A great application, however the back button takes you all the way out of what you’re doing.
No bikes in stock
Stock alerts aren’t accurate. You can even buy a bike and they’ll cancel it a week later. Very lame bike store.

App refuses to load home or other info for over a year.
I have used this app on 2 different phones and had it installed and updating for about a year. It never loads the store (home) correctly and only search functions. I’d wish they’d make the app functional.
Back Button doesn’t work
The back button doesn’t work at all. Super annoying.
Not working right
You can’t use the back function so you can’t navigate back to the list with out backtracking to it.

I agree with others in saying that I love CRC and their great selection and prices, but using the app is frustrating due to the back button taking you back to the menu instead of the previous page. Fix that and it’s a 5 star app.

When searching, the Back button goes back to the very beginning each time rather than the previous page. Fix this and you have a great app!

Good but.
There is no back button. If you hit the back button you go all the way back to the home page which can be very frustrating. But overall it’s a good app and easy to navigate.

I used to buy group set shimano and now there are no more options.
