horrible app
Chanel seriously needs to invest in some software development projects. The apps functionality is poor to say the least. the chat feature doesn’t work. You cannot receive messages from a boutique and browsing through the catalog is difficult as well since there are constant glitches.
Useless app
Have this app for few years, and it’s only getting worse and useless. Yes, I can see the collections but I can’t add or chat with boutique of my choice. Tried multiple times to add location in Florida and was getting an error in an app.

Terrible Site
For Chanel to be as high-end as it is, how is it that they cannot get their website together? It is absolutely garbage

Since downloading the app earlier this year, it has crashed or just stopped working too many times then I can count
Not functional and time wasting
For such a great brand, you should invest in a better app and website that’s functional and enough time wasting and annoying very limited information can’t load can’t scroll. Can’t find anything very difficult and time wasting.
Latest upgrade - getting login error with try again later message
After last update authentication flow is not working, unable to login from app.
Poor Customer Experience
Not sure what the purpose of this app is. It’s is very difficult to use, and it doesn’t offer any benefits to the customer beyond seeing snippets of the collection that I could get off YouTube or Insta. Ideally you should be able to purchase products, or the very least search for them at local stores, or have some sort of upscale, luxury , tailored digital experience. The app is just blah - I think Chanel is really missing the mark with this app, it’s really sub par compared to Dior and Hermes.

Never works properly
Have had this app for a few years at least. Thought it was great that you could see the collections in great detail with lots of pictures and videos to get a real runway experience. I loved when you could register your handbags for the aftercare program; problem is after I registered my bags they were all deleted with an app update. So many times I try to open the app and it simply crashes. Every time there is an update for the app I am hopeful all these glitches will get fixed, it’s so frustrating to be a loyal client and fan of Chanel and not be able to use the app. I just updated the app again and I can only see the quick opening video at lake come, no menu, no way to see anything! For a luxury brand your app is not representing the values and quality which should be part of your heritage, this app should be flawless and extraordinary; it is far short of these goals. Do better!

So your belts and things are so pricey I searched up on Amazon and I found cc belts that are 14$ 12$ 11$ 15$ 35$ dollars I would have gave you guys 2 stars but I like how you guys put different language’s that’s nice

Gets worse with each new version
Terrible…have to scroll too much to see actual products for sale. And can’t even find where to login! With all the $ us suckers spend, we expect something that’s at least functional.

App needs attention, basic functionality to favorite an item to add to wishlist will not function. Items don’t always load. Overall poor experience.

Needs improvement
After an upgrade all my wishlisted item disappear. Sometimes the app doesn’t even open and I have to reinstall the app. Not great all.

I remember now why I deleted this ages ago.
You can’t buy make up or skincare on the app.
It re-directs you to the Chanel website and good luck if you can’t remember the password.
Otherwise this app is pointless & useless.
