Reset password not working

I know his content is really, really good (as can be seen on his YouTube videos). However, I can’t create a login - as it assumes that I already initialized a login (even through I did not). The reset password does not work. Customer service acknowledged, but did not follow through on a solution with me. PLEASE HELP AS I REWLLT WANT TO ENGAGE WITH THIS APP.

Simply doesn't work...AT ALL!

Same problem as many other reviewers. App requires a pre-existing login to even open it. Requesting a password reset elicits no response or support.
