Relatively simple to use but need an iPad native version
It is a much simpler app than I expected but I do like the videos on how to do the exercises with good form. It is only really let down by the fact that it does natively support iPads and their larger screens. If there was a single request I could make, that would be it.
Geographic Price Discrimination
The science behind the App is second-to-none but the pricing structure punishes everyone outside the US and makes a subscription untenable: E.g. USD $19.99 a month if you're in the US and more than twice the equivalent price (AUD $59.99 or USD $41.74) if you're in Australia - why show such contempt for anyone outside the US? Until the prices are relative to each market, I'll be using an integrated health app with a much, much better cost-benefit proposition and simply copying what I see here. Pretty unhappy.

Great app - constantly improving
Great app, been a RP fan for many years now. Hoping it will soon integrate with Apple
Health so I can easily pull the data into my health tracking app (I use Bevel)

Extremely unintuitive, vague, and complicated
I just want a workout. How hard is that? Why force me into all this weird “mesocycle” stuff where I can only look at one workout at a time. Dumb as h— tbh
RP Hypertrophy APP
This app is incredible and I couldn’t be happier with it. Tons of templets and you can even create your own customized template. Built in progressive overload as you move through the app, exercise videos on how they should be executed, and auto regulates as you move workout to workout. Love this app and takes all the guess workout out of the equation and allows you to go into the gym with a plan and to focus on getting your optimal sets and reps in!
