Good when it works
Decent app let down by the fact the service is constantly unavailable. Find a way to update your software without taking everything offline all the time 🤯🤯🤯🤯
Almost there
I find this app very useful for keeping an eye on my investments. The only thing I find annoying is when I go to look at statements it defaults to the last date I looked at. Why not default to the last 30 days and then allow for changes? The first few times I used it I didn’t realise this and just thought there hadn’t been any further transactions.

Unstable. Often needs reinstalling.
Good app when it works. Plenty of information although not particularly intuitive. Slightly annoying that the headline value only updates overnight.
The main issue is that approx once a month the app stops working so you have to delete it, log into the website then reinstall. Not the end of the world but annoying.

Very poor app
This app is great with the information it provides.....when it’s working. It will be fine for months and then won’t let you login claiming you are not connected to the internet when clearly one is. Try and reset your password and you might as well forget it and just try and get a life. Whilst I’m enormously happy with Charles Stanley as a financial company, this app is not good when it comes to run of the mill glitches and doesn’t reflect well on their core business. They would be better off without it as I am going to be from now on. Not good enough.

Very poor app
Invariably the website is down and this is followed by further logging in problems. Not very happy with investments and the app now, have already moved my pension away so will probably follow with isa’s etc shortly. Very disappointed in this company.
