Being computer illiterate I made a complete mess up of logging in but it was soon sorted by Donald who had the patience of Jobe to talk me through it and sorted out where I was going wrong!!!

Recently, failing to get access to my Brewin Dolphin account I spoke to Donald who was very patient and helpful and we were able to resolve my problem.
Very Poor
Not sure how they can get this so wrong - massive company, huge portfolios and the app access is worse than a free app.
Used to be fine, now it seems luck if can login or not.

Slow loading
The app is getting slower loading between linked accounts. Have you login to the main website platform to get certain information like how much ISA allowance is used. If you can update the app to do everything you can on the main platform that would be a good start. Rival apps are a lot more functionality rich.
