Being computer illiterate I made a complete mess up of logging in but it was soon sorted by Donald who had the patience of Jobe to talk me through it and sorted out where I was going wrong!!!
Access to my Brewin Dolphin portfolio
Recently, failing to get access to my Brewin Dolphin account I spoke to Donald who was very patient and helpful and we were able to resolve my problem.

Not sure how they can get this so wrong - massive company, huge portfolios and the app access is worse than a free app.
Used to be fine, now it seems luck if can login or not.

Slow loading
The app is getting slower loading between linked accounts. Have you login to the main website platform to get certain information like how much ISA allowance is used. If you can update the app to do everything you can on the main platform that would be a good start. Rival apps are a lot more functionality rich.

Face ID now broken even after periodic updates.
The login fields are misconfigured so you can’t use a stored password, meaning you need to use a weak password…

Appalling, not fit for purpose...
App & website down from Friday afternoon until Monday am. Then following Wednesday 1st February, app & website down from evening until Thursday morning...it's after 09.00 and everything still down.
Get yourself sorted, just do something...maybe hire new staff to sort out this fiasco

I’m sorry this is rubbish on iPad
Just downloaded updated app to both my new iPad and old (3years ) iPhone works well on iPhone ..but no matter how many time I try on iPad all I get after tapping the app is a Black blank unresponsive square….sort it guys
Latest release doesn’t open
Since the latest release (cosmetic changes only?) the app gets stuck on a black screen with a white line at the top. Sometimes I can get in but mostly not.

Unfortunately, the latest version does not appear to work on an iPhone 7: it just gives a blank black screen.
Going downhill
Version 1 of this app was great. The login for version 2 is tortuous, clicking three times to get in seems unnecessary and wasn’t needed in the old version. And the data now takes far longer to download and display - and sometimes the graphics don’t display at all leaving grey place markers instead. That means closing the app and going through it all again. Not the improvement the update promised.
