Bad bank

This bank sucks don’t get it. They don’t test up they will put through anything. What are you ever even had a deposit or or paid that company it could be anybody anybody I’m like I got my identity stolen and you’re still putting things through that. I don’t even know those people and you’re paying them. Don’t get this bank. Glad they’re closing anyway at least in California told

Charlie is the worst!!

This service was subpar from the beginning but I stuck with them. Now that they are closing down with 2 weeks notice, I can’t get the balance of my deposit either withdrawn or moved to another bank.
So much for helping Seniors especially those that are technically challenged.

Left Stranded Overseas - Couldn’t Care Less Customer Service! No Answers.

In Nepal, not able to transfer my Charlie card balance to my debit card or bank account in the US. Auto payments are hitting my bank account, now overdrawn! Called customer service line which directs to a AI rep in Philippines. Told me “nothing could be done!” Talked over me, and told me to “be quiet” so they could read me a script! No help at all. No emails answered. Abandoned and NO fixes. Can’t access MY money. No compassion. Worst ever app and company supposedly serving 62+ market. Don’t bother!

At this point I am so upset with this institution. The kept declining my everyday purchases. Now I can’t even deposit a check . It tells me it’s unable to load. I am definitely don’t with this.

Disappointing

Has been unable to transfer my Social Security. Because I like this app I will have to facilitate my transfer through SS. Not ideal but will do it. Defeats the purpose of using this app for quick switch.

I had questions regarding my Social Security deposit, Riley answered the phone quickly, no wait at all, found the error, corrected it quickly. He should get a raise because you just don’t find people that care enough to go the extra mile. Seriously, give him a raise.

More than 1 call

i’ve come to find out that if it is necessary to make more than one call to Charlie’s customer service expect more than one answer. of the 4 months that I have been with Charlie, I have never gotten the same answer twice to the exact same question it has become more of a headache than anything else. Charlie does not do business as a traditional bank does.
