Can’t log in
When I open the app it goes straight to a screen asking for a passcode. I don’t know it but can’t reset, or navigate to a softener page so absolutely useless app. Have to log in through browser instead.

The app just loads after I try to login and won’t actually open. Feel like this app would be super helpful if it worked!
Doesn’t work
This app was great until the most recent iOS update. Now it crashes on startup, and I can’t use it at all.

Admin & Provider
The Admin and provider work closely together to care for their patients quickly and efficiently, allowing for timely visits to take place, care and follow up to happen.
No notifications
A good app as part of the EHR but basically useless if I can’t get notifications. I put this app on my phone so I don’t miss messages while I’m away from my computer. This point was raised by another user MONTHS ago and still no fix. Do better, MedicalMine.
Recent problem & suggestions.
Suddenly in the last week I no longer receive notifications for new messages. Nothing has been changed in the settings.
It would be great if new patient channels could be created directly from the app.
It would also be helpful if the file size limit was increased, especially for sending videos.
I do love the ease of patient and team communications, speed of the app, and features!
