Locked me out
Can’t access it now
Ragebait?
So do we not test apps after we make them or is this just vibecoded? I wonder how secure my health information is on an app that cant even test everything before release email otp cant be used because its not an app just a browser that closes when you try to open gmail…. Please go back to making roblox games or maybe scratch coding would be easiest

3/2026 Mobile EHR is now unusable for providers
Subject: Mobile EHR is currently unusable for providers
Message:
I run a medical practice and rely on mobile access. The current mobile experience is not functional:
• The original Charm EHR app appears deprecated with no replacement
• The browser version on iPhone does not render correctly (missing panels, scaling issues, unusable navigation)
• Splitting functionality into multiple apps (scheduler, etc.) does not replace full EHR access
Right now, it is not possible to reliably chart or manage patients from a phone.
This is a major workflow issue for clinicians running modern or concierge practices.
Request:
• A fully functional mobile EHR app OR
• A properly mobile-optimized browser experience
I would strongly encourage prioritizing this—mobile usability is currently a limiting factor in continuing to use Charm.

I concur
The above review reflects my experience with this app. Dallas to know it’s not my own ineptitude, though I’m struggling with technology, more and more. But this app has driven me to absolute distraction. So frustrating. I’m getting older and slower soon to be left in the dust. My interactions with this app has been 100% negative

app not functional
annoying app trying to change password or logging in with otp by the time u leave the app to check the otp in the email goes back to the beginning of logging in and cant get pass that coz its in loops so cant log in successfully
No way to delete your account
This app has all your private information and when you discontinue with a provider there is no way to delete it from Charm. That is a big privacy issue.
App no longer working after update
This app is generally a bit more clunky than other medical chart apps, but after the update yesterday the app no longer loads. I am still able to use the web version, which not at all geared for phone use, so while I still have access to my practitioners, it is incredibly cumbersome. Please fix this!

Very well designed
A medical app that keeps it simple. It gets straight to the point with the items you really need like appointments and messaging your provider. I recommend the app to all that utilize charm health.
Weight Loss
Love it! No side effects ! Loosing the weight !!
Charm Portal: A Time Capsule of Tech Regression
I was genuinely relieved to see Charm Portal had an app—because their mobile website is a nightmare. You have to pinch, zoom, and squint just to navigate basic functions. But the app? Somehow manages to offer even less than the clunky, outdated site. This is supposed to support communication with my naturopathic doctor, yet it feels like the developers haven’t looked at a single modern medical portal in the last two decades. The interface is primitive, the functionality is stripped down, and the entire experience is a frustrating exercise in wasted time. Charm Portal isn’t just behind—it’s archaeological. If you’re hoping for streamlined access to your provider, this app will test your patience and your screen-tapping endurance.

Ok App
This app is ok but there are so many things that could be updated to make the user experience better. Like being able to add appointments to personal calendars easily. Also integrating information like consistency in date management and identity in questionaries.
Cannot access camera or microphone
I suddenly get “please allow camera and microphone and reload”.
I did. It won’t
I did. It won’t
Diagnoses are crucial
It would be super helpful if diagnoses were visible to patients.
Can you say tedious!
Once again the consumer is left doing everything & not the provider.
Poor security practice
Be aware if your password is compromised, changing it does not revoke access to anyone that is already logged in to your account. A password change should immediately log out all devices and require the new password to log back in, especially when sensitive medical information is involved.
Messy, Not Quick, Updates Not Timely
Order Placed Sunday, Confirmed Monday, Address Verified Wednesday AM, Late Thursday Evening Order Not Received & No Shipping Info.
It should not be this difficult

Blank for account sign up
Tried to sign up for an account and it sends me to a blank page. Website is the same.
Roots Integrative Medicine
Outstanding
Trash
App is trash. Either the provider is not updating info on it, or it’s just not giving any info like invoices, last meeting summary, etc.
Blessing
Dr. Poppy and her staff are absolutely amazing!
