App closes out every time I try to do the exercise.

Easy to maneuver around this app, color scheme is pleasing to the eye. Then found out it costs money and there is only a 3-day trialβ€”not even 7! How can one see results in 3 days. Anyway, disappointed that it cost$. Should be free and sell merch.
