Best Boutique Ever!
I stumbled on to Charming and Main while working from home during Covid lock down. I must say that it saved my sanity, and allowed me to shop safely from home. The product selection is unbelievable! The lives are inspiring, and the app is such a breeze to shop from. I’ve shopped other boutiques but none can compare with the fabulous ladies, or the support staff at C&M. I have all my daughters hooked, as well as my sisters! Would recommend this boutique for anyone wanting to shop, and have a blast!

Great App and Awesome Team
I absolutely love this app..Makes shopping so much easier. I simply select my size and color and swipe. Also love the preauthrozation when items are restocked and become available. The support staff is amazing in answering questions regarding my purchases. Erin has done a great job in hiring a new team in Texas!!! Watching the lives brings laughter and lots of great product. I have recently lost 60 pounds and have been loving all the clothes that I have needed to buy! Yes Needed!! The app is a must have. Thank you C&M.

Awesome App!!!Easy to use
Since I’ve had this app, I’ve been able to use it to shop faster and easier. The app also gives you your sales history and information about tracking your packages. I love that I can watch current live sales and past sales and not miss out. Everyone’s life is so busy, but the charming and main app make it easy to shop anywhere I go(even in bed).
My husband wishes the app wouldn’t work as well LOL. It makes it so much easier to get your size and color by using your fast fingers. Thanks girls you’ve made it so much easier to buy online with your customer service!!

I am not sure how I found this adorable boutique but I am sure happy I did! Such a variety of models showing all of the cutest clothes and misc other things. The shipping department could not work any faster and the customer service ladies are the cherry on top!

I have been shopping with C&M for years. I love all the products they bring to the table. My house is slowly converting to all C&M products. Whenever I have an issue the staff get back to me quickly. They’re the only boutique I shop with! The quality is great and all the members are great people. I love when Erin & Chris are on the live together, they feed off each other and are hilarious!!

Charming & Main, has the best products! They work very hard to bring only the best to the store. If you haven’t tried Judy Blues yet, you better not wait. Sezzle is always an option to pay, splits up your payment into 4 payments. A great way to Xmas shop and charged no interest!! Erin and her girls are amazing, very helpful in sizing and dimensions listed under pic. Be careful you will be addicted like the rest of us!!

What can you say about a great online boutique!!
Well first of all I am so glad I found a online boutique that is in my comfort level of clothes & shoes. I love how they explain the info for the clothes to let the consumer know what they are buying. Plus they have their online boutique in Texas where I live. And hopefully be able to go do pick and not delivered so I can get my stuff faster. Customer service, well that is the best you get around!! They reply back so fast I wish a lot of other places could learn from C&M. Erin & Chris thank you so much for what you do for your customers!!! BEST BOUTIQUE!!!
I was first introduced to Charming & Main (C&M) at the start of the COVID pandemic. It didn’t take long to feel like I had known the entire team for years. This goes for not only the owners, but the friends I have made through my C&M sisters. This group is encouraging and makes you smile/laugh even on the worst days! So thankful to have found this shop and wonderful group of friends! My friend Brandy shared this boutique with me and before I knew it, I won 100 bags of popcorn!! It was delicious-I shared it with family, friends, coworkers, and a team from our church who feed the homeless. You can tell C&M value their customers and give away coupons, door busters, paid carts and soooo much more!
