The app stole $38 from me. It offered no valuable insight and all but it once wouldn’t even respond. Yes my microphone was enabled. Zero stars if I could
It just doesn’t work
I have the latest iPhone. Anytime I start a session or anything it doesn’t seem to listen to me no matter what I’ve tried.
I made sure my phone mic was working, I made sure it was unmuted, I’ve restarted the app, I’ve restarted my phone.
Nothing worked and I just wasted my money.

Trying to use it and the AI wither never generates on the screen or doesn’t respond to what I say. And yes the audio is on.

Every time we cross a couple of minutes on the session, basically get stuck with loading really poor experience. Can’t get my reps in…
And in the challenge mode, all the times double voices so you end up having to crash the app manually and then retrigger it, which takes you back to the Lord screen a whole waste of time

No free option
This is a chatbot that offers conversation. Even dualingo does free learning daily. this thing doesn’t work at all unless you pay for it. It’s garbage.
Cool app
I like the app it’s very helpful. It’s making me more comfortable with starting a conversation. I’m still having a little issue with the banter stuff but it’s getting me to understand it better the issue that I have with this app. When I’m talking with the coach, if you talk for more than a few minutes, it starts to get glitchy and it starts saying loading loading loading and get stuck in the loading that it doesn’t do anything and then you have to exit out of it. And come back when you come back it doesn’t remember any other conversations that you have and now you have to start all over from the beginning explaining everything. I’m wasting a lot of time. It would be nice if this app had a memory to it so that you can continue your conversations if you come back later on or if it starts glitching out that you don’t have to start all over from beginning

Left much to be desired
Powered by Gemini 1.5, which is disappointing I can make my chat with Google frontier model much cheaper. Live coach mode doesn’t save context and can only recall very first session. Session hang forever after more than 5 minutes. Confusing roles in the middle of conversation, changes voice tone and from female to mail. Feels very wok

Both the AI and customer support is unresponsive. AI asks a question and doesn’t respond to the answers I ask, blankly staring at me.

This is a terrible app and kind of want my money reimbursed. It kept crashing and loading during conversations. The person that developed this app has no idea how write proper code to prevent crashing. As a developer perhaps you need some assistance? But truthfully this app does NOT work. It’s full of bugs and glitches. DO NOT BUY this app.

The mute button is confusing
I was confused by the mute button, which looks like it is muted when the mic is on, and on when it is muted.
The app does not converse with you at all
I purchased the annual subscription immediately after installing the app because the post-install prompts and advertising suggested it supported natural voice conversations.
After subscribing, the core feature simply did not work. The animated character appeared on screen, but the app never responded to my voice. There was no conversation, no feedback, and no indication that it was listening despite repeated attempts.
I requested a refund, but Apple declined it, stating that the app not functioning was not a sufficient reason.
Based on this experience, I recommend NOT trying this app. I paid for functionality that I was unable to use. Whether this is a software defect or misleading marketing, the result for the customer is the same. Be very cautious before purchasing a plan.

It is really cool and fun, but locks up constantly.
Unable to use the app
Paid for annual subscription, but the app starts and then gets stuck. I have contacted support numerous times to resolve this issue, but I have received no response.
Do not waste your money
do not waste your money on this app it never works it crashes all the time and whenever you go to launch one of the interactions it just sits there and spins. Their support is horrible I’ve sent three messages at this point and they never respond. You’d be better off using anything other than this. If you enjoy being frustrated this is definitely the app for you. If I could give it less than one star I would. The constant issues make it impossible to rely on, and updates never seem to fix anything. It’s disappointing how little effort is put into improving user experience or addressing bugs promptly. I would like my money back but that is unlikely. Overall, this app fails to meet basic expectations and causes more frustration than enjoyment. Avoid it at all costs.

Interesting but buggy
I enjoyed the app for the role-play opportunities it gives you. Unfortunately, it frequently freezes and just goes into a loading mode that it never comes out of when in instruction mode. Additionally, the role plays themselves are not very clear and don’t have much guidance to get started so it can start off pretty rough. That said it’s a really interesting tool with some good advice. And a great way to practice things like being a more inspiring leader.

Lack of diversity
This app would be perfect if you can add changes to the AI avatar, voices, tones and nationality. It will make it more spicy and interactive if you have variety of cultures and personalities. It would also further mentally prepare you how to communicate internationally. This app has the potential to be huge.
