Can’t cancel service

You cannot cancel your service. Email support doesn’t exist. Sending it will bounce back to you as failed.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR BUY

Once he has your card information he will not stop charging you he will charge you seven dollars a week for nothing this app is crap should be marked as a scam and you should report him

Subscription

I contacted them through the email to cancel my subscription but yet a week later I still charged for the subscription. That’s some poor customer service you guys have.

Nope

Screening criteria isn't publish anywhere and you cannot enter the app without making an account. Im not going to give out my information and create an account just to find out your screening criteria is terrible. Sorry...another download straight to the trash.

We’re sorry you weren’t able to see your screener criteria, all custom screeners are shown on both the home page and the search page. Sometimes, if your criteria is too specific, then there won’t be any results. Have you seen the criteria on our advanced screener? There are plenty of technical indicators and advanced filtering options. We’ll make an app update to make this process easier for you. Thanks for your feedback!

Not opening and timing out

After downloading for a day it has white wheel spinning around and does not load. Even after closing and trying to re-open.

Setting up saved search had issues as well upon use after install.

Seem to have potential bug / issues. Not worth time to have to delete and re-install. Would not recommend nor will not use again until all issues are fixed.

Awesome App

Wow, this is a great new app I’m new to trading and doing little bits at a time and chart it has really helped me pick some great stocks and keep track of what’s on the rise! Helped me get in on $IDEX very low. Will be using this from now on and can’t wait for more features

Stuck on loading

I am having problem open the app. Its stuck in the white page and loading never finished. I have to delete the app and download again every time.

Great app

I love this app, easy to navigate and the customer service is great! I had a small issue and it was resolved in seconds not even a minute! Keep doing what your doing!

Cool idea

It’s a cool app and all but extremely buggy and alerts don’t work. Hopefully it gets fixed one of these days. Might one day use it.

Best screener for trading!!

I recommend this app whether you’re just getting into trading or if you’re a seasoned pro. This app has some phenomenal algorithms that generate powerful information for traders.

The development team is incredibly responsive as well. I found a small bug on a page - and they pushed an update to fix the issue within the next day. They reached out and thanked me for sharing the bug with them. So cool to see a team that listens to and cares about their users!!

Personal Data collection app

It is poorly built and info available can be found online easily. This app is designed to do one thing, collect your personal data (Email and Phone number). It doesn’t even allow you to view your own profile. And in many area all it says is feature coming soon.

Charts are not visible just blank.

We’re sorry you weren't able to view our charts in the app. In order to view charts you'll have to make sure you're connected to the internet. When you click into each stock, you’ll see a full featured chart with buy and sell indicators, RSI, MA, and Volume. Our team works hard to ensure the best experience for our users.
