Not super accurate
The weighting of their charts rewards artists who are prolific on IG and TikTok and punishes artists who have large audiences across many streaming platforms (an indicator of quality music and organic growth). This feeds into the short-term near-sightedness of the overall music industry but sadly devalues the recordings industries core product in the long run. Would be better if they fixed their weighting and incorporated some of the less game-able platforms like Apple Music more. Can’t wait until this phase of the industry passes.

I’ve tried for weeks. When I open it, the background appears but then it just “spins,” looking for information and never opens. Please fix this. I have to go to the web.

I wish it was better!
Love the desktop experience but the app crashes so much it’s not really usable. When it works, it’s great!

A lot of potential
I love the web version and will always be a customer, but the mobile app is terrible and crashes most of the time. I feel if there was a better UX then the app would do much better than the site itself as I personally use this tool almost everyday but I try to use the app because I’m in the go and I rarely have the time or in a convenient place to pull out my computer. Overall an amazing and incredibly useful tool!

App Crashing On Certain Tabs
Website version works well but on the app, it crashes whenever I click on certain tabs, making it borderline dysfunctional.

I’ve been doing research in looking to get some of my new single onto playlists on Spotify YouTube Apple et cetera…
I did some video watching on chartmetric and decided why not…they claim it is free to create an account so whats the harm…
Now after setting up the account i searched some services to use and i ran into the OBVIOUS MONEY HUNGRY SCAM…i was only allowed to be shown the too 50 curators and all 50 you needed to have an paid membership which will run your pockets $140 USD MONTHLY OR $1400 USD YRLY now that is absurd and a yank if i have ever saw one
And you can’t login the app unless you have that said paid membership…you can download it but not use it…
You’re not over any physical service you are basically a middle man that does nothing but make the connection and you are plugging ppl for 140 MONTHLY to 1400 USD YRL.
On top of this its all based upon at the end of the day will you get that back? So plz do more reading and research i found ones way cheaper

Great tool, but partially broken
Using on an iPhone SE, 2022. The app crashes every time I click on the "audience" tab. Great tool when it works.
no third-party sign-ins
Please add functionality for third-party sign-ins (i.e. Google), like you have on the desktop / browser website.

Failure in description
The App required you to have a premium Chartmetric account. This is mentioned nowhere in the info here above. I couldn’t use it.
