Very poor management
I had a pretty bad experience with this charter app. Whenever I tried to book a ticket, it kept redirecting me back, and I faced a lot of trouble booking tickets on it; often, the booking wouldn't go through at all.👎🏻
Misleading Update Notification
This app continuously showns an “Update Available”but there is no update on the App Store. Thapping “update” doesn’t nothing. Please resolve this issue.
Minor bugs but still working well.
Well well well i am using this app from last 3 month, the kind update they are doing is good, now it is right time to give the review! Still need some improvement and i think you will achieve that too!
Disappointed
What a rubbish app you have made? No proper tracking, pop up for updates but no update is there, no arrival timings now. Are you just following up the competition or want to be a player guys?
Not opening at the time of exit
Very poor experience. I booked a metro ticket through the app, but at the exit gate the app stopped working and wouldn’t open. I was stuck at Sikandarpur Metro Station and had to depend on station staff to exit. This is unacceptable for a ticketing app. It should work reliably, especially during entry/exit. Please fix stability issues urgently.

Experience in travel
I had a very bad and disappointing experience with the **Chartr** bus ticket booking app. My booking process was extremely frustrating and it created a big problem for my travel. The app did not work properly and the support was also not helpful when I needed assistance.
Because of this experience, I completely lost my trust in this application. When people book bus tickets, they expect reliability and smooth service, but unfortunately this app failed to provide even the basic support.
I want to give advice to other people in India: please be careful before using this app and do not rely on it for important travel plans. A ticket booking platform should make travel easier, not create more problems for passengers.

Ye app open hone mein itna time consume karta hai gara koi ticket checker checking ke liye aa jaye to use open karke pass dikhane me lag bagh half an hour lag jata hai aur is pass ko view karne ke liye mein around 45 minutes tak try kr raha hu ki ye open ho jaye per ni ho raha thoda dhyan de iska jo bhi issue hai use thik kare warm regards

When selection bus route the modal closes very quickly before selecting a route.
App showing wrong bus price
I’m trying to book orange bus ticket it's showing blue bus prices where ticket price is max 15 it's showing 20 Rs there is some bug bus types are not getting right for orange buses it's getting the blue bus

Women pink ticket is not accessible sometimes. It demands stop to be added but still doesn’t come up. If the bus number gets entered then the same bus number should be valid and ticket should become accessible
