This service is terrible. The app is hard to navigate, and they take weeks, say they find nothing and charge for finding no records. Terrible, rip off company, avoid if you can

Be careful
I downloaded this after going to the ER. I was prompted here by the ER’s website because they didn’t give me any of my medical records. I filled out a form only for them to ask me to pay 45.00 dollars and authorize them to charge up to 250.00 dollars to my account if needed?? I didn’t know we had to pay for our medical records now from yesterday’s visit.

Frustrating
This app is not easy to navigate, it moves data and makes it very difficult if you are requesting records for a dependent. The messages from staff are difficult to understand because all the information was originally entered and then it’s not showing. The webpage is just as bad. It automatically creates new requests then you have to decipher which one is the last one you responded to. Not to mention the fees. Very disappointing and I still can’t get the records. After trying for a week.

Doesn’t work
Can’t get it to send the authentication code. Can’t get in contact with anyone so can’t get test results. Horrible
Terrible
While a nice idea, this is a terrible service. The app could not find the doctor I was looking for. When I called customer service, I was told by a very rude customer service representative who repeatedly talked over me when I was trying to explain the problem, that “the app doesn’t work” and I need to use a computer with the chrome web browser. I would give this zero stars if I could.
