После оплаты годовой подписки перестал работать

Пару месяцев назад скачал приложение - мне оно понравилось, недавно решил пользоваться чаще и решился оплатить годовую подписку. После чего приложение проработало один день и на следующий день перестало работать вообще
Обидно за потраченные 3490 руб
Лучше бы остался на бесплатной версии
