Cannot access digital subscription

I used to receive Chatelaine days before it was available in stores. I have repeatedly asked for my subscription number to access the digital copy. I have never received a response. I would cancel my subscription but there is no way to do this. I am paying for something I do not receive. Very poor administration reflects badly on the magazine.

Access to in app purchases

I have been making in app purchases since 2015. I wasn’t able to restore my purchases earlier this year after the latest app update. To cut it short I find customer service is wanting and no one within this company seem ready and able to find a quick solution to the problem. Buyer beware.
