Cannot access digital subscription
I used to receive Chatelaine days before it was available in stores. I have repeatedly asked for my subscription number to access the digital copy. I have never received a response. I would cancel my subscription but there is no way to do this. I am paying for something I do not receive. Very poor administration reflects badly on the magazine.

It would be great to have a search option in the app. Absolutely love the recipes from Chatelaine! I’ve never made something that I didn’t like.

Access to in app purchases
I have been making in app purchases since 2015. I wasn’t able to restore my purchases earlier this year after the latest app update. To cut it short I find customer service is wanting and no one within this company seem ready and able to find a quick solution to the problem. Buyer beware.

Why can’t we put bookmarks or similar on pages we want to get at again quickly. It’s easier to keep track of my favourite topics.
No access to my PAID subscription or my library since last July 2018 update
Rogers Media/Chateline Magazine I have not been able to access my subscription or my library since your last update. Would you please advise your subscribers as to what is going on and what can be done to fix this. I've tried deleting the old app and downloading the new one and it won't let me. I have been subscribing for years through iTunes and it feels like you've stolen my magazines from me. This is unacceptable. There's not even any information available on who to contact to have this fixed. Thank you.

Where are the article found in my email?
We use to be able to read the article that was featured in my daily email in this app but I can no longer find them. This is a pity.
Unreliable
Unable to access current and previous subscription issues since last update a few weeks ago. Lackluster customer service and no target resolution date. Have been a print and then digital subscriber for over 20 years. Will not renew in the future.

I have had lots of problems accessing this magazine. I think I have activated two subscription. They are month by month because I don’t have confidence that I will receive them. I feel I should stop the digital subscription and just pick the magazine up on the news stand when I want. The digital subscription is just too much hassle. I have subscribed to Chatelaine for about 40 years, by the way.

Yeah, the app doesn't work. Unfortunate. Hope there's a fix soon.
Horrible app
I can't restore purchases, nor can I read the magazine. I've never had issues reading it with the old one but now can't download the magazine. I have cancelled my subscription.
Can't log in
I am a subscriber to the magazine and keep getting a error message when I try to log in!

I keep getting this error message when I try to access the subscription required articles: "There was a problem contacting the server. Please try again later." I've tried several times over the last week and still can't log in.

Every time I try to log in the app crashes. Tried deleting the app and restarting but that didn't fix the issue.
Good app
I have my Chatelaine on my iPad. I love that I can scroll through the article and avoid the ads. I also love having the full frame pictures with all the digital extras.
