Poor info

The app doesn’t show you what it looks like when you exporta chat there’s no screenshot of what you’re purchasing ?is it just a whole bunch of text ?is a bubble text ?is it text with the sender and the replies names and timestamp ?there’s nothing and therefore based on this reason I’m not comfortable to purchase it as I do not know what I’m buying

Hi Fabdhdhh, Thank you for your feedback. You do not have to make a purchase to generate chats as a PDF. Once you have imported a chat from WhatsApp just use the default options when you are going through the steps to create the PDF - this way you can generate as many PDFs as you like FREE of charge and then decide if you would like to pay for the upgrade (which allows you to change layouts/backgrounds etc). Does not work

Crashing

Keeps crashing midway through converting. Tried five times otherwise looks like it would be good if it worked

You can only export chats in WhatsApp not from standard Apple text icon

Hi DrWDS, sorry to hear you had a bad experience with ChatPDF. The instructions are located under the 'Contact' button on the home page in the form of an animated image. However it can be easy to miss so I will make this more obvious in the next release. Thanks for taking the time to review ChatPDF.
